Denny Beckham became affiliated as an agent with R. R. Gable Real Estate in February, 1988, after exhaustive interviews with the most notable real estate brokers in Simi Valley at that time. He saw that R. R. Gable was on the cutting-edge, technologically and service-wise, and was impressed with the founder's vision and honesty. He went on to become a Broker-Associate in 2001 and, in 2004, opened his own branch office, or company within a company, endearingly naming it what his son came up with: 'Beckham Estate Brokerage'. And the rest is, as they say, HIS-story!
