compared to the unique qualities of your home. Denny then shares his findings
with you and a 'list price' is confirmed.

the Multiple Listing Service is first employed as a time-tested
tool
to attract buyers through their agents. In addition, Denny utilizes
other media to advertise your property locally, nationally and
abroad.

to you so that you're empowered to select the properties that meet

Personal Showings and Area Tours:
Denny will show you the details of all the homes you like and, in
the process, acquaint you with the various areas surrounding each
property until you've found the right property at the best price!
Purchase Analysis, Contract Writing and Negotiations:
Once you've selected a property, Denny helps you get the most home
for your money by educating you on price and researching comparable
sales in the subject property's neighborhood. He then takes you
through the purchase contract and helps you create terms that would
best satisfy your goals. If your initial offer is not accepted
'as-written,' Denny will represent you through any subsequent negotiations
until you get the deal you desire on the home of your choice.
