affiliated as an agent with R. R. Gable, Inc. Real Estate in February,
1988, after exhaustive interviews w/the most notable Brokers in
Simi Valley at that time. He saw that Gable was on the 'cutting
edge' technologically and, more importantly, relationally, with
its clients. He went on to become a Broker-Associate in 2001 and,
in 2004, opened his own branch office, or company within a company,
endearingly naming it what his son came up with: 'Beckham Estate
Brokerage'. And the rest is, as they say, HIS-story!"
