Denny's love for Simi
Valley and its surrounding areas is evidenced by his long-term
commitment to them. He has not only served the Real Estate Community
as a member of the Governmental Affairs Committee at the Simi Valley/Moorpark
Association of REALTORS and the people of California as a Notary
Public but also recently completed a two-year term serving Simi
as a volunteer on the Executive Board of Neighborhood Council #4.
As part of his service thereon, he served on the Arroyo Clean-up
and Neighborhood Council New Logo Committees, then completed Simi’s
renowned CERT training program so he could continue to serve as
part of their Community Emergency Response Team. Born in Glendale,
California, he moved to Simi Valley with his family in 1969. Married
in 1986, he continues to make his home in Simi with his wife and
two children. Together, they serve as Family Ministry Facilitators
at First Pentecostal Church, the fellowship Denny has attended
since 1979. Mr. Beckham graduated from the prestigious Lumbleau
School of Real Estate in 1985 and has since gone on to become one
of Southern California's most notable Real Estate Brokers.
